Teddy was rescued on Christmas day by a good Samaritan. We are unclear of his history, but he appears to have been abused and will need to go through major surgery to repair his damaged leg. When he was found, his rescuer thought he was blind because his eyes were so crusted over. He is not blind and is a sweet little guy. He has been at the vet for the past few weeks and is slowly improving. Donations for his upcoming surgery would be greatly appreciated.
