A good Samaritan noticed Andy on the side of the road and stopped to pick him up and bring him to medical attention. You can't tell by the photos, but one of his back legs is badly mangled, we think from a run-in with another critter. Our expert orthopaedic consultant thinks his ankle (which looks like a knee on kitties) is too damaged to save, and the leg will have to be amputated.

Now Andy is looking for a few more guardian angels. First, he could use some help with his veterinary bills. Would you be willing to sponsor part of Andy's surgical care? Please let Cathy know by calling 651.230.3263 and she will let you know how you can help.
Second, and most importantly, Andy needs a home! Do you have room in your home and heart for a very special little 3-legged cat? Sign up now!

Hang in there, Andy!
