Boss is Here to Brighten Your Saturday

It's been frigid here is Minnesota and posting this photo of Boss is an attempt to illicit thoughts of warmth and sunshine (and of course to introduce handsome Boss).

Mooky and Missy, Brother and Sister

Mooky and Missy are a fun, active pair of young cats who are looking for a home together.  They are a bonded brother/sister pair and need to stay together.

Cleopatra!

As you can see from the most recent video taken by her foster caregiver, gorgeous green-eyed Cleopatra is ready for all the attention to be on her now that six of her eight babies have found homes of their own.



Cleopatra doesn't think her foster mom should use the computer. She should instead be paying attention to Cleopatra. If you would like to meet Cleopatra, please contact Joan at 651-705-6264.

Urgent: Foster Needed Immediately

We have an immediate need to place a diabetic kitty into a foster home. She needs insulin twice a day and close attention that only a foster home can provide. Please call Cathy at 651-230-3263 if you are able to help us help this kitty.

Chandler Is Settled in Her Home

Chandler's new friend Calyx took her time checking out the new addition to the family.

From the video that we received, Calyx is certainly curious about the new kitty, Chandler.



A most recent update indicates the two are well are their way to becoming good friends.

They're now chasing each other up and down the house and wrestling for control of the "fort" (a blanket draped over a stool). No snuggles yet, but they're getting along famously.

It's always great to hear how a former Feline Rescue kitty is doing in their home but really wonderful to see how they have become part of the family.

Panda is Ready to Find Her Home

Panda Bear came to Feline Rescue ill and injured.  She is doing wonderfully now in her foster home and has made a full recovery.  Panda is ready to find her purrrfect family.

Gracie - Adoption Update

Miranda, fka Gracie, was adopted the end of December and according to her new family (and of course the photo that her family sent) she is already great friends with her companion Kiefer

I figured I would send you a picture of Gracie who is now called Miranda. She is doing well and has also acclimated well with our other cat, Kiefer. Thanks for all that you do. We are in love with Miranda, and she seems to be loving us as well.

Adoption Event this Saturday!

Feline Rescue foster cats and kittens will be meeting and greeting potential adopters at the Roseville Petco from 11 AM to 2 PM on Saturday, January 8.

Harvey Adopted!

Harvey is having a wonderful new year.  He found his home January 2nd and we had already received a great update the same day he went home.

Just wanted to give you an update on Harvey - my girlfriend and I stopped by and I adopted him today.  He is adjusting very well and I thought I would share some pictures! He is eating, drinking and using his litter box.  He loves to follow me around the house. I don't think I have ever met a more affectionate cat!

Sweet little Teddy, the Christmas kitty

Teddy was rescued on Christmas day by a good Samaritan. We are unclear of his history, but he appears to have been abused and will need to go through major surgery to repair his damaged leg. When he was found, his rescuer thought he was blind because his eyes were so crusted over. He is not blind and is a sweet little guy. He has been at the vet for the past few weeks and is slowly improving. Donations for his upcoming surgery would be greatly appreciated. Sunkist, Mr. Pibbs, and Dr. Pepper (or Sprite or TicTac).  We're told it's very hard to tell the black kittens apart unless you check their bellies.

New Year, New Kittens

Pookie's kittens are not quite ready to go home but they are ready for visitors.  And they are absolutely cute. If you remember from a previous post, Pookie had four kittens and then took in a 2 day old orphaned kitten.
