Late last week we received word that a handsome young orange cat needed our help. Meet Tuck.Tuck was found with an injured pelvis, presumably from being hit by a car. This friendly guy needed surgery to remove the ball in his pelvis. He had the surgery Monday and he's starting to recover. Here is Tuck taking a very short break from his kennel rest to model his newly shaved hip! Like any young kitty, he has a lot of energy. He is getting around quite well already.
Our supporters make it possible for us to help cats like Tuck. His surgery was intensive (and expensive!). If you are able to help Tuck and the many other injured kitties we take in every year, we appreciate donations in any amount! You can donate online by clicking on the donation box in the sidebar to the right. Please specify your donation should go towards Tuck/Foster Care.
He will recover in a foster home and then he'll be ready for adoption. We will keep you updated on his progress! I met him during his photoshoot today and trust me, he is a little love bug :)
