Sonnet patiently waited to find her own family once all of her kittens were adopted. After being adopted in January, Sonnet is now thoroughly enjoying relaxing in her home.
Sonnet has bonded close enough with 8 year old Joey that she is allowed to hang out on his desk. I'd guess it's the momma cat in her and she's trying to help supervise.

The child is our son Joey, 8, who has agreed to share his desk with Sonnet. (She's the only family member who's allowed anything like that kind of access!)

I'm sure Joey will be getting straight As with this excellent tutor. Sonnet is, as I recall, particularly excellent in literature - and poetry....
