Meet Godric, one of our newest foster kittens!
Godric, a 6 month old orange tabby boy, came to us all the way from Indianapolis. We are Feline Rescue fosters and we were visiting family in Indianapolis when we came across a very sick and hungry kitten. We offered him food and water and he devoured it. We really wanted to help him but were not sure how an 11 hour drive would work with a kitten. He decided to work it and followed us all the way to our car and got in!

The next day we were on our way home and things got really interesting! Our car died in the middle of nowhere Indiana and we had to get towed! The tow company said Godric couldn't come in the tow truck so we decided to stay in the car, on top of the tow, with him.

The entire time he just sat there, looking out the window and purring!
Finally we got our car to a auto shop and they told us we would have to wait till the next day to get the car fixed. The tow truck guy met Godric (and fell in love a little bit) and said he could ride in the tow truck when he dropped us off at the hotel.
We found a pet friendly hotel and Godric made himself right at home!
The next day we were back on the rode and Godric was perfect the entire time! Every hour or so he would switch laps and fall back asleep.
Godric is an AMAZING young cat! He is looking for his forever home and would love for you to meet him in his foster home. If you are interested please contact Joan at 651-705-6264.

ReplyDeleteWhat a very precious kitty!
ReplyDeleteOh my gosh. My heart just melted into a pile of kitty love. I can't help but feel that Godric is meant to be with you, though. I'm a firm believer in cats choosing their humans, and wow! did Godric ever choose you! :)
