Yesterday those who've known Connor and Patrick received one of the best gifts ever. The brothers were adopted! This is what wipes away all the sad tears of rescue and replaces them with happy tears.
Connor and Patrick have been at the Feline Rescue shelter as long as I've been volunteering and I, along with many other volunteers, always wondered why these sweet guys had not yet found a home. Connor and Patrick came in to rescue March 2005 and after almost 8 years they are finally home.
The family that adopted the brothers also took home Tippy, another special boy abandoned at our shelter in a box.

ReplyDeleteLearning this actually improved the quality of my life today. They are very sweet, but when I was at FR I never got to interact with them, they seemed indifferent to my interest! I am so happy for them...
